About the Event
The Brush Rotary Club is hosting the 2025 Prascher Dasher Oktoberfest 5K run/walk in honor and memory of Ron Prascher, a long-time Rotarian and Brush Chamber Executive Director, on September 20th, 2025 The Kids' 1-mile Fun Run is for ages 12 years and under and starts at 9:00 AM at Petteys Park. The entry fee is $10.
All proceeds benefit the Rotary Foundation in their efforts to eradicate polio and to provide scholarships and youth leadership opportunities for students at Brush Middle School and Brush High School.
After the race, we'll convene at the West Shelter at Petteys Park for music, door prizes, and awards. We will award a medal to the top finishers in each ageĀ category and ribbons to the second- and third-place finishers in each age category. Top overall finishers will receive a plaque. Kid's Fun Run/Walk
The Kids' Fun Run will begin immediately following the 5K on the west side of the playground at Petteys Park. The top boy and girl finisher will receive a medal. All Kids' Fun Run participants will receive a ribbon and T-shirt.
